You may use Rosterly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Team and organization content

Coaches, administrators, parents, and other users may submit team information and content. You represent that you have the authority to submit information you provide and to manage any organization or team features you control.

Minors

Adult users and organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required to submit or manage information concerning minors.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Rosterly in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Rosterly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosterly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
