Delete Your Rosterly Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Rosterly account and associated personal information.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, access to your account may not be recoverable.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@myrosterly.com from the email address associated with your Rosterly account.
  2. Use the subject line Rosterly Account Deletion Request.
  3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
Request Account Deletion

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account except information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Team records

Some team or organization records may need to remain available to other authorized users when they are part of shared team history, schedules, attendance, or administrative records. Where appropriate, your personal association with retained records will be removed or minimized.
